HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping time varies by location and product. Please see the actual delivery time on each product page. Our shipping times for an average order at the moment are 30-45 calendar days due to the global supply chain delays. On certain products shipping times may take a little longer.
