The good news is that we are open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and our valued customers. Once a package is ready for shipment, a tracking email will be automatically sent out and the package will be handed off to our chosen shipping company.
JANUARY 2022 UPDATE
So far to date, 97% of our orders have been processed in under 72 hours from the time of order but please we ask you to still have the expectation that it can take 5 additional business days to be shipped out.
Shipping time varies by location and product. Please see the actual delivery time on each product page. Our shipping times for an average order are 30-45 calendar days due to the global supply chain delays. On certain products shipping times may take a little longer.
If you paid by credit card, your card statement will show "HFC Online" followed by a phone number. We make every effort to remain discreet.
The Hypnofem Club is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will either reship the product at our expense or refund the purchase price.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not always available.

We ship directly from suppliers overseas. There are three parts of this shipping process. Part one - from the supplier to a ship or plane. Part two - from a ship or plane to customs in your country, and Part three - from customs to a local delivery company. The tracking number is assigned at the beginning of the process, but only applies to part three. In most cases, when you see this message, the product has shipped but has not made it through part one and part two yet, so the shipping company does not have your product in hand.
Due to global supply chain issues at this time, it can take between two and three weeks for the product to make it to your country. If your order was placed more than 21 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
WILL THE PACKAGING BE DISCREET?
Under normal circumstances every item is discreetly packaged. However your country's customs officials may apply a customs label to a package that may indicate more information about the contents. These are usually very general description. We cannot control these situations.
